JAGENCY was founded in 2009 by Joyce Attal.  Headquartered in New York, the company began as a marketing consultancy offering accelerated go-to-market plan for Fortune 1000 companies . Over the past five years, JAGENCY has evolved to create market development platforms, customer acquisition models and rapid execution services. Our proven proprietary methodology is delivering sustainable growth to startups and established companies in High Tech, Retail, Travel, Media and Healthcare.

Joyce Attal

Joyce Attal is a global marketing innovator and the founder of JAGENCY. She has led transformational and profitable growth initiatives for iconic brands and portfolio companies She led marketing organizations at Novell, IBM and Avaya. For the last 9 years, she worked with large technology and retail organizations on transforming their strategy and go-to-market. Since 2013, she has worked with startups ready to up their game on profitable growth.Joyce has been a keynote speaker at the ANA and Marketing Conferences worldwide. She is an alumni of the Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum.


Alex Attal

Alex Attal is an experienced executive with a solid track record in building and turning around businesses, improving profitability and revenue growth.  Alex Attal held senior executive position at IBM, Sage North America, and Fujitsu North America. More recently he ran the Business Application Services unit for Fujitsu North America and created their digital services division around industry based digital consulting, and disruptive technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. Alex is a decisive and creative leader with demonstrated success in building, leading and retaining high-performance team in multicultural and multinational environment.


Therese McNicholas

Therese McNicholas is a growth-oriented executive with more than 25 years of consulting and operational experience at Fortune 500 global companies specializing in Customer Relationship Management, Customer service and IT strategy.  She has the unique ability to create and execute business and technology strategies that increase revenue and profitability across a wide variety of corporate functions including Business Assurance, Sales Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, Offering Management and Responsible Business.  Therese held leadership roles at Fujitsu America, Chordiant Software, PwC, IBM, Unilever and Philip Morris.
